Flush Royale – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Genquinox ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Flush Royale mobile application (the "App").

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect the following information when you create an account or use the App:

• Email address (used for authentication)
• Username
• Profile picture
• User-generated content, including reviews, ratings, restroom submissions, and images

Note: Content you submit in the App remains associated with your account internally, even when other users may see a limited profile display.

2.2 Location Information

• We may access your device's real-time location solely to display nearby restrooms.
• Your location is not stored continuously or tracked in the background.
• Location data is only stored when you explicitly submit a new restroom listing.

2.3 Analytics Data

We may collect usage data through third-party analytics tools, including Firebase Analytics. Such data may include app interactions, device information, and general usage patterns. This information is used exclusively to improve the App experience.

2.4 Automatically Collected Technical Data

We may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version

We do not store IP addresses.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App and its features
• Enable user-generated content (reviews, ratings, and images)
• Display nearby restrooms based on your location
• Monitor and improve App performance and user experience
• Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or misuse of the platform

4. Data Storage and Infrastructure

Your data is processed and stored using the following services:

These third-party providers may store data on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

• Firebase Analytics — Usage analytics

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers independently.

6. User-Generated Content

• Content you submit (including reviews, ratings, and images) may be publicly visible to other users.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
• We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict content that violates our policies or applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data:

• For as long as your account remains active
• For as long as necessary to provide the services described herein
• As required for legal, compliance, or operational purposes

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon account deletion:

• Personal data (including email address, username, and profile picture) will be permanently removed.
• User-generated content may be either deleted or de-identified, at our sole discretion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data
• Request portability of your data in a machine-readable format

The App is available to a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated within the App. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
